Manufacturer recommended parts are an important part of maintaining your Volkswagen’s optimum performance. We offer the same high quality parts your vehicle was built with, and we keep most of these certified parts in stock. New Hewlett VW Customer Lounge Complete

Lounge full of Comfort, Luxury, Treats for you and your VW

We are proud to announce that we have retired the plastic penalty box chairs with all new luxury liner style leather club chairs. We have added a brew by the cup barista quality coffee and tea bar! The new bar features six different blends of gourmet coffee and five teas to choose from. Your choices are brewed to order with a sealed pod system so every cup is fresh. To sweeten the deal, we also offer five different sweeteners and three different liquid creamers including real dairy products and flavored blends. Complimentary chilled bottled water is also on hand. We have upgraded and increased our WiFi access for your web enabled smart phones and laptops. In case you would like to catch up on email, shopping or FACEBOOK, we added two new computer stations for our guests to use free of charge with full internet access. To keep our lounge green, the hot beverages are brewed by the cup to reduce waste. We also switched from Styrofoam cups to more eco friendly paper cups and waste reducing sleeves. There is a recycling center for the cans and bottles used in the lounge. We provide free reusable shopping bags for your accessory purchases. Hewlett VW also has a clean children’s play area stocked with VW themed toys.

Just a reminder, we still offer our pit stop service:

At no charge, our Pit Stop service to our VW Drivers is a free fluid check and tire pressure check service. Just stop by our Service Department during operating hours for this free service. No appointment is required. This free service is performed on the service drive without an extended wait time. We suggest for quick turnaround that our guests visit us during the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Monday to Friday or on Saturday from 8 AM to Noon.

Alternative transportation, our free shuttle van fleet:

Hewlett VW offers free shuttle service from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday and 8am to 2pm on Saturday. We offer drop off and pick up. The shuttles run approximately in a 25 mile radius of the dealership during the week and 20 mile radius on Saturdays (please see your service advisor for specific coverage area.)

And free car wash for your VW that visit our service bays:

Just like our upgraded lounge and amenities, your Hewlett VW team looks for ways to add value to your decision to service your Volkswagen with us. That’s why each VW we service also gets an exterior wash, hand dried with chamois (unless it is raining), carpets vacuumed, and exterior windows cleaned…all for FREE. Hewlett VW will perform these additional free services when wash equipment is operational and our guest’s schedules permit it.
